Full Moon Madness!
Why is it that children don’t sleep during the full moon? Why does a full moon have to come every 28 days? Why can’t we have full moons like every 6 months? Why does my “other” visitor also have to come at the full moon - it’s like double whammy!
Granted, the full moon was Tuesday, but the hits just keep on coming. Example - last night…
10:45 went to be
11:20Delaney woke up
Midnight Colin woke up
1:30 Colin woke up
3:05 Colin woke up
3:20 Colin woke up
4:00 Colin woke up
5:20 Colin woke up
….etc.etc.etc. every 20-30 minutes
6:50 got up for work
6:51 Delaney woke up
Early has been the name of the game this week. Both kids have been up before 7 almost every day! In my house this is highly unusual! These kids usually sleep until 8 or after!
Can we say - ZOMBIE? I can’t even remember the names of my children, much their birthdays. I told someone the other day that Chris was born on June 6 and he is 19 months old. Um…NOPE! Colin was born on June 4 - that’s what I was *trying* to say, and I can’t even get THAT right!

Ah, yes. I can relate to sleep deprivation!
James has been sleeping decently the last couple of nights, but we never take that as a promise for tomorrow…
Maybe you can just get your kids some blackout curtains or something for “that time of the month,” LOL. =)
