10 Feb health update

Colin has a little cold :(  Not too bad.  Still with just the runny nose - no fever, no coughing, no other symptoms (except back to sleeping like crap!).

Delaney is fine.  A little extra annoying lately, but otherwise fine.

I’ve been taking a few Emergen-C’s daily and I whipped out the neti pot.  I feel yuck, but mostly because Colin hasn’t been sleeping.  I start out feeling great (after a night of half-sleep and waking every 1-1.5 hours), but by lunch time I start feeling sluggish and I’m a zombie by bed time.  Ugh!
